Hindi Divas was organized at NTPC Korba to promote the use of Hindi language.
During the ceremony, Chief General Manager, NTPC Korba, Shri P M Jena sent his best wishes and while addressing the gathering, he said “To promote the use of Hindi language, maximum use of simple words and words used in spoken language should be used. We are committed towards maximum use of Hindi language.” He appealed to all the officers that all possible efforts should be made to promote Hindi, the official language.
Thereafter, the Chief General Manager issued a congratulatory message on the occasion of Hindi Diwas 2022 and inspired the employees for the promotion of Hindi language by administering the Official Language Pledge.
Moderating the ceremony, Head of Human Resources Shri Prabhat Ram appealed to all the heads of departments to participate enthusiastically in various competitions to be held during Hindi Pakhwada 2022 and motivate their employees and their families to participate as well.
Shri Ramachandra Rao Bolisetty, General Manager (Operation & Maintenance), Shri Shambhu Sharan Jha, General Manager (Technical Services), Shri Lalit Ranjan Mohanty, General Manager (Operations), Shri Madhu S., General Manager (Maintenance), Shri Anoop Mishra, General Manager (Project Construction), Shri Amber Kumar, General Manager (Ash Management), HODs, senior officers of CISF and senior officers of NTPC Korba attended the program.
The Hindi Divas program ended with poetry recitation by the employees.
NTPC Korba will organize various competitions during Hindi Pakhwada, making continuous efforts towards promotion of Hindi language.
