NTPC Korba’s Unit #7 Achieves 365 Days of Continuous Operation — A Testament to Excellence and Teamwork

Korba, 29 Oct. NTPC Korba has added yet another feather to its illustrious cap as Unit #7 successfully completed 365 days of uninterrupted operation, marking a remarkable milestone in the plant’s operational history. This achievement stands as a shining example of sustained reliability, technical proficiency, and the relentless dedication of the entire operations and maintenance team.

The accomplishment was celebrated with great pride in the Unit #7 Control Room, where GM (O&M), Shri Satrughana Behera, along with SCE, UCE/Desk Engineers, and the dedicated supporting manpower of Stage-III, gathered to commemorate the occasion. The atmosphere reflected a deep sense of satisfaction and collective pride, acknowledging the team’s hard work and coordination that made this feat possible.
Celebrating the ocassion, Shri Bibhas Ghatak, BUH, NTPC Korba, congratulated the entire team for their exemplary efforts and commitment to operational excellence. He lauded the perseverance of the O&M crew, engineers, and support staff who maintained the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and reliability throughout the year.
