Empowering the Elderly: President Arpita Mahila Samiti and President Maitri Mahila Samiti Spread Joy at Prashanti Vridhyashram

In a heartwarming display of community support and compassion, President Arpita Mahila Samiti, Smt. Ayesha Mishra and President Maitri Mahila Samiti, Smt. Roli Khanna, accompanied by senior members from both welfare bodies, visited the Prashanti Vridhyashram on 3 August 2024. The visit marked a significant outreach effort aimed at enhancing the lives of the elderly residents at the ashram.
During the visit, the team engaged in meaningful interactions with the elderly residents, bringing cheer and companionship to those residing at the Prashanti Vridhyashram. Their presence was met with warmth and gratitude from the ashram’s residents.
In a gesture of care and support, the group distributed essential items, including bedsheets and sanitary kits, to over 30 residents. These items were provided to improve the hygiene and overall well-being of the elderly individuals, ensuring they have access to necessary comforts and supplies.
President Arpita Mahila Samiti and President Maitri Mahila Samiti expressed their heartfelt commitment to continuing such initiatives, emphasizing the importance of community and the need to support our senior citizens.
