Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai’s government, dedicated to good governance and sensitive to the needs of the state’s residents, is committed to providing pucca houses to homeless families. This initiative aims to elevate living standards and offer safe, stable accommodation. The Chhattisgarh Government’s efforts have fulfilled Smt. Chaiti’s dream, becoming a beacon of hope and a symbol of a brighter future for the entire state. Her long-awaited dream of owning a pucca house has been realised under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
Sharing her experience, Smt. Chaiti stated that the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana has been a blessing for her. Recalling the hardships of the past, she described how living in a mud house was extremely difficult. She faced various seasonal problems—sometimes the roof would leak, and other times the cold would hinder a full night’s sleep. Now, with a pucca house, these issues have been resolved. With tears in her eyes, she expressed that, although she has grown old, her future generations will also benefit from this house. The main objective of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is to provide pucca houses to economically weaker families, allowing them to live without difficulties. Now, the benefits of this scheme are reaching people even in remote areas.
