Korba, 22 August 2025. DAV Mukhyamantri Public School, Kharmora, Korba, held a sacred havan ceremony on its campus today, bringing together students, teachers, and staff. The ritual, a traditional part of Vedic culture, aimed to promote a positive and harmonious atmosphere, seeking blessings for the well-being and academic success of the school community.
The havan ceremony, characterized by the chanting of Vedic mantras and the offering of sacred herbs into a ceremonial fire, is believed to purify the environment and create a feeling of peace and spiritual connection. This event showcased the school’s commitment to instilling strong cultural values and promoting all-round development alongside academic excellence.
