Raipur, December 26, 2025/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today released the latest edition of the reference book “Gaay Dharma Evam Vigyan” at a brief ceremony held at his official residence. The book has been prepared for the Gau Vigyan Examination–2025, conducted by the Chhattisgarh Rajya Gau Sanrakshan Evam Sanvardhan Samiti (Chhattisgarh State Cow Conservation and Protection Committee).
Appreciating the initiative, Chief Minister Shri Sai described the publication as a valuable contribution to the field of “Gau Vigyan” (Scientific Study of Cows) and a meaningful resource for students and society at large. He lauded the efforts of the committee and termed the book an important step towards enriching knowledge and awareness.
Providing details about the publication, Editor Shri Subodh Rathi stated that the book systematically presents mythological references related to the origin of the cow, along with scientifically validated research on cow milk, curd, ghee, dung, and urine. The content has been compiled in a simple and structured manner to make it easier for students to study and understand. The book also includes detailed discussions on cow-based agriculture, scientific analysis of Panchagavya products, and the environmental significance of the cow.
The ceremony was attended by Regional Coordinator Shri Anna Sapare, Shri Manoj Pandey, Shri Hardik Kotak, Shri Manmath Sharma, Shri Dular Singh Sinha, Shri Hemraj Soni, Shri Vikram Kevalani, Shri Anuj Tulavi, Smt. Reva Yadav, Shri Vikrant Sharma, Shri Shyam Adepawar, Shri Shambhu Das Mahant, along with members of the editorial board and other dignitaries.
